Vegan pizza waffles

Preparation

Wash the peppers and the zucchini. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Grate the zucchini. Dice or cut the onion and veggi filata slices into narrow strips. Since Veggi Filata slices are naturally a bit saltier, you can also omit adding salt.
Mix the two types of flour with the baking powder and spices in the bowl. Then add the vegetables and tomato paste. Add the mineral water while stirring until a thick batter is formed.
Heat the waffle iron, grease it and pour about 1.5 tablespoons of batter into the waffle iron. Bake the pizza waffles as desired. The recipe yields about 5 - 6 waffles.
